1. Who we are
This website is operated by Living At. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Information on this site is not an offer
This website is marketing material. Nothing on it forms part of any offer or contract, and it should not be relied on as a statement of fact. In particular:
- Photographs, video and floor descriptions are indicative. They may show a different apartment, show furniture and dressing not included, or have been taken at an earlier stage of the development.
- Descriptions of views, outlook, dimensions and specification are approximate and may vary between apartments and floors.
- Availability, rents and included services are subject to change and subject to contract.
- Nothing here has been tested for accuracy by a surveyor.
You should satisfy yourself as to the condition, specification and suitability of any apartment before entering into a tenancy. Any particulars given to you at viewing take precedence over this website.
A disclaimer does not license an inaccurate claim. The regulations prohibit misleading actions and omissions in property marketing, and a clause like this will not save a specific statement that turns out to be untrue. Two claims currently on the home page need verifying rather than disclaiming: river views, which is now stated without qualification, and owner and operator.
3. The Living At card
Partner offers shown on this site are provided by independent businesses, not by us. They are subject to each business's own terms, may be withdrawn or changed at any time, and are correct only as at the date shown. We are not responsible for any partner's goods, services or conduct.
Add the date the offers were last confirmed. Separately, the card needs its own short terms covering eligibility, expiry when a tenancy ends, what happens if a partner withdraws, and misuse. Not covered here.
4. Registering your interest
Submitting the registration form does not reserve an apartment, create any priority, or oblige either of us to enter into a tenancy. We may contact you about Riverside West as described in our privacy policy.
Please give us accurate details — we may not be able to reach you otherwise.
5. Using this site
You agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully, or in any way that could damage or impair it
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
- Use automated systems to scrape or harvest content or contact details
- Submit false information, or someone else's details without permission
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photographs, video, the Living At name and logo — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not reproduce, republish or use any of it commercially without our written permission.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, we do so for information only. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it.
8. Availability
We try to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, business, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
If you are a consumer, none of this affects your statutory rights.
Liability wording is the section most likely to need reworking. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 an exclusion that is unfair is unenforceable against a consumer, and most people using this site are consumers.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Please check them when you use the site.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
